Select either: Membership only or Membership with T-shirt
by clicking the appropriate button. Once you are at Paypal simply click the "Secure Checkout" button on the lower left hand side of the Paypal page. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
Your Name, Address, Email Address and Phone Number will be collected on Paypal's secure page.
